Choosing FPD as our digital marketing agency was the best decision we made. They guided us on how to effectively optimised our presence digitally and have brought us to the first page on Google. They live up to their brand’s name. The whole team was very attentive, responsive and amicable on guiding us through the process and progression of our projects at hand. Starting from Sales (Angela), SEO (Shermel) and Social Media AM (Jolyn). The company is by no means cheap, but I have to say they are great value for money. My account manager Shirlyn Ting is knowledgeable, responsive and proactive, a fresh breath of air compared with dodgy agencies I had the displeasure of working with in the past. They have a structured on-boarding process as well as regular review, she didn't need to go to and fro to get the answers I needed. We hit some issues with the entire exercise, but it was how this exception was handled that sets them apart from the rest. Definitely want to use them on more projects, if only they were more affordable. *hint* to the boss.

I have utilised the services with the SEO Agency for more than 6 months and I must say they are results-oriented, efficient, reliable and on-the-ball. My SEM consultant Farzana is detailed and is constantly thinking of ways to improve our conversions. She is calm under pressure. Abduh, our SEO consultant, is a great troubleshooter. He will anticipate and rectify anything which is amiss. Shane, the new GM, knows and reads his clients well. I also commend him on his service recovery skills.
