The initial challenge.
In recent years, British Connections saw a significant reduction in inquiries, a direct result of the Hong Kong protests and COVID-19 travel bans. The goal was to regain momentum. We responded by creating a new campaign specifically designed to increase online traffic and drive more inquiries.
Navigating the uncertain landscape for our Hong Kong travel client, we adopted a flexible approach to their SEM campaign. After the new national security policy was announced, we shifted a larger portion of our budget to BNO and passport campaigns, which led to an immediate influx of enquiries.
Once this wave of interest tapered off, we adjusted the budget back to its original allocation. For SEO, we consistently worked on optimising both content and technical elements to ensure strong rankings and visibility.
