Meet Kaadas
Kaadas Singapore provides digital smart locks and home security products for homeowners, including options such as facial recognition locks, fingerprint locks, vein recognition locks, video locks, WiFi locks, gate locks, glass door locks and digital viewers. Its website positions the brand around keyless entry, home security, smart access features and digital locks for HDB flats, condominiums and other homes in Singapore.
The initial challenge
Kaadas partnered with First Page to boost online visibility and conversions by improving SEO performance and optimising product-specific content.
The smart lock industry was highly competitive, with search results dominated by well-established players. This made it harder for Kaadas to capture users searching for digital locks, smart locks and home security products in Singapore.
The website also had a cluttered structure that affected user experience and navigation. Users needed a clearer path to compare products, understand key features and move towards purchase decisions.
At the same time, Kaadas had strong social media momentum, but this was not translating fully into organic search performance. First Page needed to connect brand awareness with stronger search visibility and product-page engagement.
First Page developed an SEO and product-page optimisation strategy focused on improving discoverability, navigation and conversion intent.
The first priority was site clean-up and UX improvement. Unnecessary content was removed, and the site structure was streamlined to make navigation clearer and improve engagement across key product pages.
Next, First Page introduced product comparison content. Comparison features were added to highlight key product USPs and help users make better purchase decisions when evaluating different smart lock models.
The team also strengthened SEO and social integration. Kaadas’ existing social media momentum was used to support search visibility and increase qualified site traffic from users already familiar with the brand.
Finally, First Page developed user-intent focused content. Optimised, valuable content was created around customer needs, product features and search behaviours, helping the site better match what users were looking for.
